Each artists is represented here by one color and two black and white plates, which is fair. Condition approaches Very Good: wear to spine ends, bit of foxing to lower page edges not affecting plates. Lower corners bent.

Freeman, Birney Imes (these are in color), Stephen Marc, and Marilyn Nance. Nearly all are group or single portraits, and all were taken near the photographers' home places, as the title indicates. Your eye may see the similarities, as mine does. No faults, except perhaps for some lifting of the front cover (this copy may never have been fully opened until I opened it).

London UK Studio Publications 1944 Later Printing Hardcover Near-Fine About Good Book Sydney R. Jones 
3rd printing. 278 pages, liberally illustrated with Jones's wonderful drawings. Even if many of the buildings pictured had not been destroyed in WW2, the drawings have a nostalgic, dreamy air about them, despite their intricate detail. Binding is near-fine, with the gilt decorations on the front and spine very bright. The jacket is about Good, being chipped to bottom edge, stained and chipped to top edge, with a one-inch triangular piece lost, taking the L in London.
