Catalogue for an exhibition held to commemorate the 10th anniversary of The Jewish Museum in San Francisco that featured 50 "treasures" from the Israel Museum in Jerusalem, illustrated with 50 plates. The collection ranges from objects from Mahal Mishmar to ancient coins to a 15th century Hanukka lamp to an Alfred Bernheim photograph to a silver spice box made in the 1980s. Fabulous. Near-Fine in wraps with light wear to the edges and spine.

7 Presuhn, Emil Les Decorations Murales De Pompei.
Leipzig T. G. Weigel 1878 Unknown Boards Fine Issued Without Jacket Book 
The full title is: "Les Décorations Murales de Pompéi, á l'usage des artistes, des écoles industrielles et des amis de l'Antiquité…accompagnées de 24 planches, d'après les dessins originaux de Discanno, executes en chromolithographie par Steeger, et suivies d'un plan topographique des Peintures de Pompéi". Translated from the German into French by A. Giraud-Teulon, Professor at the University of Geneva. Published in Leipzig by T. G. Weigel, Libraire, and printed in Geneva by Ramboz & Schuchardt in 1878. This edition is 12-7/8" x 9-7/8", slightly larger than other contemporary editions that combined two volumes into one; it is beautifully bound in red boards with very fresh gilt decorations and white moiré endpapers. Despite the title page, there are in fact 59 gorgeous color plates and a map of the site, meticulously made, each plate hand-numbered in pencil in the upper right corner. All tissue guards present and in Fine condition. Overall, this volume is in Fine condition with a bit of wear to the corners.
