This book is an edited-by-the-artist version of his process between the spring and fall of 1988, when he made nearly 600 drawings of an imaginary bridge, using various media. Each drawing is numbered, so that the evolution of the bridge can be deduced. Many, many plates in their original colors. Fine in stiff wraps as issued.
