2 Caro, Anthony Anthony Caro: Upright Sculptures
London, Paris, New York Annely Juda Fine Art, Galerie Daniel Templon, Mitchell-Innes & Nash 2010 First Edition Illustrated Boards Fine Issued Without Jacket Book
128-page catalogue for an exhibition that opened in London in April of 2010 and subsequently in Paris and New York. An interview with Tim Marlow, and color plates of the 43 sculptures Caro recently made in his London studio, pictured here in all its glorious mess. The work itself is mostly metal---rusted, painted, or varnished and waxed---although there are a few wooden pieces. Very powerful shapes with a lot of implied movement, given their size and weight. Fine in illustrated boards without dust jacket as issued.

3 Caro, Anthony The Last Judgement: Sculpture By Anthony Caro
Kunzelsau Verlag Paul Swiridoff 1999 First Edition Folded Wraps Near-Fine Issued Without Jacket Book David Buckland (photography)
184-page catalogue for an exhibition held at the Museum Wurth of Caro's contribution to the 1999 Venice Biennial. Text contributions in English by Peter Baelz, Hans Magnus Enzensberger, Nadine Gordimer, Robert Hinde, Philip rylands, and John Spurling. The photographs, which are wonderful, are by David Buckland. All color plates, all full-page. Caro himself contributed a preface, in which he suggests that while the work addresses current atrocities, it is hopeful. You decide. This copy withdrawn from a museum library, with stamps to title page, taped spine label, and card pocket glued inside rear cover. Otherwise, near-Fine with light wear to the corners.
