This publication, known as "catalogue no. 7", is a beautiful presentation of part of the plans that Diaz and the creative group known as E-Area for an educational center, although looking at the images, you might imagine they were building a space station. The 3-D computer generated visualizations show various parts of the plans, accompanied by text in Czech and English. The cardstock pages are near-Fine with light wear to corners; they are spiral-bound and enclosed in opaque hard plastic with an abstraction front and back, with the rear cover bolted to the back board. The plastic is bulmped to the spine ends and split at the tail; the original overlapping bit of plastic at the leading front edge is lacking about a third of its length. Nonetheless, quite an amazing document.
