The "projects" are all sufficiently different from one another to defy characterizing Lambert's art: one was to commission a series of portraits of herself on very tiny things (e.g., a grain of rice, a nail clipping); another was to marry and divorce three men and a woman; in Male Pattern Baldness, she shaved her own head in an appropriate pattern and impersonated a basketball coach in a suitů. You need to see this. 122-pages, with an essay by Tim Griffin, captions and comments by the artist, an index to the work in the book, and an exhibition history. Fine in hardcover without dust jacket as issued.
