112-page catalogue for an exhibition held January 25-March 10, 1991, in Houston, and thereafter at the MCA in Chicago and the Centre International d'art Contemporain in Montreal. Walter Hopps, Alfred Pacquement, and Jean-Luc Daval contributed essays, and the catalogue also includes a chronology, exhibitions list, and bibliography. The plates, in color and black and white, show nearly the whole of Raynaud's output, from sketches to installations to his monumental works. Ironic to think what he was making in the 60s, compared to what was happening in America, but a pleasure to see his work given the esteem it deserves. Fine in stiff wraps as issued.
