56-page catalogue for an exhibition held August 10-October 2, 1996, with essays by Arthur Danto, Jeff Fleming, and Susan Lubowsky Talbott. Illustrated with 19 plates, most of them in color, of Neustein's installations (that chandelier!) and photographs of his projects, which involved interventions along national borders. This copy discarded by a museum library, with stamp to colophon page and no other markings; therefore, near-Fine in folded stiff wraps with light wear to corners.
