This particular issue is devoted almost entirely to the recently-opened Ritz Carlton Hotel in New York (Warren & Wetmore), as is the issue of The New York Architect described below. Many photographs, full-page plans and elevations, down to the lighting fixtures, plus text. In near-Fine condition, with crease to lower corner, tiny chip to spine tail, some rough edges.
