Catalogue for an exhibition held March 4-April 9, 2010 at the List Gallery, Swarthmore College in Saratoga, New York, and later at Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut. There are two booklets bound in plain brown overprinted paper enclosed in a brown sleeve. The portraits are brilliantly colored and rather primitive in execution. All this is to delay description of the subject matter: torture. Heyman includes first-person accounts of events in Abu Ghraib by Iraqi detainees. Grim. Fine with light bumps to the flimsy sleeve.
