Catalogue for an exhibition held in the Gutstein Gallery and the Pei Ling Chan Gallery in Savannah during January through March 2010, as part of an art history symposium, "Africa on My Mind: Contemporary Art, Home and Abroad", featuring the work of artists from Egypt, Lebanon, South Africa, and Nigeria. If they have anything in common, it may be a love of color; it certainly isn't their medium of choice or their subjects or their use of space, or even their references to Africa. This copy discarded by a museum library, with stamps to title and last pages. Otherwise, near-Fine with light edge wear in stiff wraps.
