Carl Zigrosser selected the images and wrote his usual masterful introduction. This Dover edition is a revised and enlarged version of the 1951 edition published by Brazillier. Its large format makes the work more intimate and, of course, easier to get lost in. Wear to corners and spine ends, tiny chip to spine covering near head, but binding is tight and interior clean.
